Colorado Pumpkin Patch: Kids' Ranch

A couple week's ago, I took the little kids to Colorado Pumpkin Patch: Kids' Ranch in Monument for a homeschool meet-up.

They had a blast and I couldn't believe I've lived here 5 years and never heard of this awesome farm! It's been open for 16 years and has so much for the kids' to do!

The regular price is $17 or 18 per child or $14 for homeschoolers/field trip groups with teachers/chaperones free!

Here's an overview of everything they offer!!

Human Foosball: This would be so fun with a group!

Homemade jams, salsas, and more!

I bought the peach salsa, strawberry rhubarb preserves, cherry butter and mixed berry jam. It was about $35 for all of this and 2 drinks.

Gourd Launching!

Farm Animals to LOOK at, they do sell feed but there was also signage saying the animals bite.

Milking Cow Station

The entrance to the farm animals had this arch covered in Christmas lights with this sign. I wonder if they also do a Christmas light drive through.

The super slide and duck race as seen from the farther side of the farm.

Rubber Chicken Fling

Another "carnival" style game that wasn't open when we visited.

Giant Cup Stacking

Another carnival game that wasn't open...

The funnest barrel ride the boys have ever done.  This one had side by side cows and he had 14 kids at a time riding.  There were more barrels scattered about, so I think they can run two rides or up to 30 kids at a time!

The driver took them over some bumps and zig zagged them over another bumping section, making it a really fun ride!

Waiting area for the hay rides.

Cook Shack Menu --this wasn't open during our week-day visit, but I bet its wonderful.
