Ravensburger and Disney Tryazon Party!

 We recently got selected to host a Ravensburger Disney Tryazon game night!!  When three of our favorite things came together, we knew it was going to be fun!!  

Tryazon and Ravensburger sent us three new games to try out with our homeschooling friends! 

We've played Level 8 before during a Tryazon Party, so this was a new twist on an older favorite! 

Lotti Karotte entertained kids of ALL ages with its fun and innovative game play!  

Villanous Unstoppable! Was a fun new strategy game that encouraged players to work against the heroes! 

We brought all our favorite Ravensburger games from home, to really showcase the brand and our love for their games and puzzles!

Vinnie did a great job setting up the game and teaching all the younger kids how to play!

Set up for Villainous Unstoppable! was a little heavy for the first time, but now that we know how to play, it'll go faster next time! 

We stopped to take our group picture towards the end of the party, and some of our friends were a little tired and precocious by that point!

Ravensburgery Minecraft Tryazon!

In anticipation of the new Minecraft Movie, Ravensburger was releasing these new games!  

We got selected to try them out.  

We all enjoyed the Minecraft Movie much more than we anticipated.  

Minecraft Heroes of the Village and Minecraft Explorers bring the typical beauty and quality of a Ravensburger brand board game.  I know I can expect great attention to detail, including little baggies to store the pieces in, anytime I buy a game from Ravensburger! 

Once a month, we have game night at our house with a bunch of our friends and their kids!  The kids play games together and so do the adults! We had a good time trying out these new Minecraft games.  Even though several of the adults had never actually played any kind of Minecraft game before, they were able to pick up the mechanics of the game easily!  That means, if your kids LOVE Minecraft but you have no idea what's going on, you can still all enjoy this great family game! 

We all enjoyed the card game and its game play more than the tile-laying game, but they are both clear winners for anybody who loves Minecraft! 

 

Ravensburger Tryazon Party!

  This month I got to host a Ravensburger Tryazon game promoting their new "Oh My Pigeons" game as well as a "Pop Culture" version of "That's Not a Hat"!

    I am so grateful to Tryazon for selecting me for so many board game parties! We love gameschooling, our friends are mostly all avid gamers and we love trying out new products to see what will be a great fit for our family and friends!  

                                         

Oh My Pigeons! is another adorable game!  The purple pigeon plush and the pin were awesome freebies that they sent along for me to give away!  The game is advertised as ages 8 and up, but our youngest player was 6 and she could play on her own! She even won the most rounds so she got to take the sweet purple pigeon home!

   

    I like to have lots of other products from the brands on hand if I own them, so we had several other Ravensburger games for the kids to play with while they waited their turn on the 2 new games. 

    Heidi enjoyed the sweet little bird characters! 

       Ravensburger is one of the greats when it comes to games and puzzles and these two will make great additions to any families game closet!  

Ravensburger Games Tryazon Party

I love being a Tryazon Party Hostess!  

This month Tryazon partnered with Ravensburger Games to host a Wear Your Favorite Party Hat themed party!  They sent three new games to the hosts and I shared them (and the rest of our Ravensburger collection) with my Homeschool Co-Op. 

That's Not a Hat was the main theme game! This is a game all about bluffing and memory! It's kind of like a cross between telephone and memory!  

Piñata Blast was our favorite of the three games! It's a Spanish candy themed piñata game where you roll dice to simulate breaking open the piñata and then race all together to collect your candies! This game is advertised for ages 7 and up, but we were able to teach kids as young as five to play!  

The third game they sent is called, Level 8.  We felt like it was a good kid friendly adaptation of Phase 10.  If you've played Phase 10 or Rummy you will be able to pick up Level 8 pretty easily.  

I had a station set up for parents to shop the Ravensburger website.  

We had a create-your-own party hat craft station.

Ravensburger 3D Labyrinth was a hit with kids and parents of all ages.

We also had a coloring station for our artistic party guests.  There were piñata coloring pages, the Ravensburger name, and enlarged copies of the cards from That's Not a Hat for guests to color.

Piñata Blast was a BLAST even with these little ones. We played without the green "rotten candy" die and didn't count up the scores to adapt the game for their level.  These modifications were mentioned in the instruction manual.
