I absolutely love being a Tryazon host! We get to experience so many new things and of course, adding new games and game companies to our collection is one of the best perks!
This summer, we were selected by Hootenanny Games to show off three of their new games- Feelin' Cute, Sour Patch Six 'Em, and Disco Island Escape. When our box from the company arrived we were thrilled to see a bonus game, Snarkas!
Unfortunately, all four kids (and Dad) got pneumonia, and I've had sick kids since the middle of May!
We were finally able to hold our Tryazon party, but, I think being so close to July 4th made it challenging to get RSVPs and we didn't get a lot of attendance.
We did the viral "candy salad" to share all of our favorite Sour Patch Kids candies. The kids really enjoyed that!
I had Zoo Pals cups and plates to go along with the Feelin' Cute game!
We even had disco ball necklaces and a disco ball plush to go with Disco Island Escape!
Our family favorite of the Hootenanny Games was
Snarkas! I love that it incorporates some math both in the game play and in figuring out your score!

Disco Island Escape!
In this game you play a set of 4 monkeys, who live on Disco Island. Their lives are all fun and games until they discover that Disco Island is actually a volcano when it starts to erupt! Each player has 3 cards at a time that they use to move their monkeys through the lava flows to reach safety at the bottom of the volcano!
We really enjoyed learning how to play
Sour Patch Six 'Em. This fast paced dice rolling game is easy enough for kids to learn and as young as 8 were able to play with the older teens and adults!
Candy Salad!
I love
Feelin' Cute! This adorable game introduces the concept of a "number line" to kids where they learn to place animals on a "cuteness line". Players take turn being the judge of cuteness while the other players try to predict where the judge would place the animal.
The animal cards are so fun!
