Luki Labs Tryazon Party

Being a Tryazon host is a wonderful opportunity that we do not take for granted!

This month we got to try out two new games from Luki Labs!  

Run Beaver, Run! and Go, Go, Ghost! were instant hits with my kids and every child we got to share them with!  

The day the games came in the mail Percy and Sulley had to play them with Vinnie! 

 The games were easy to learn and the ghost for Go Go Ghost had enough of a charge that we could try it out before we needed to charge it up.  

Run Beaver, Run!

Unfortunately, our copy of Run Beaver, Run! had a defective log mechanism so we had to just push the log down the ramp.  

The directions for setting up the game were simple and only took a few seconds before we were able to start playing.  

Percy, who was almost 5 years old, was able to understand the directions and play along with his brothers.  

The game involves trying to get your beaver to the end of the river trail, without being caught up by the rolling log.  

The 6 sided die has numerals 1, 2, and 3, with one set on yellow and the other set on wood-grain brown.  If you roll one of the yellow colors, you simply move your beaver along the path.  There are path options for leap-frogging up the path, ducking down under the log, rolling again and starting over.  If you roll one of the numbers that have the wood grain, you move as normal, but then you have to release the log down the river.  

If the log catches your beaver (there are magnets in the log and the beaver hats) then you have to go back to the start rock or the yellow flag rock if you had already passed that point.  

The first player to get to the red flag rock wins the game! It may seem simple, but it's actually a ton of fun to see who can avoid getting caught by the rolling log!  

I reached out first to Tryazon and then to Luki Labs directly about our malfunctioning log.  Luki Labs VP of marketing got back in touch with me quickly and we were able to video chat about the problem I was experiencing.  She determined that our copy of the game was broken and we made arrangements to get a new copy shipped out and send the broken copy back, the very next day.  

We were able to share this game with our cousins in Kentucky and they also enjoyed playing the game by the rules as well as just playing with the pieces. 

During our party at co-op, all of the kids had a great time playing this game.  We had players from 5 years old up to 12 years old, neurotypical, autistic, and downs syndrome ability levels were all included and able to play this game by the rules!  

Go, Go, Ghost!

This game offers a fast paced and fun new way to play!  

The players in this game are photographers visiting a haunted house.  The goal is to get a picture of the ghost and then escape the house without the ghost knocking you back to the door!  

Players move 2 squares at a time when it is their turn, and turns progress quickly as long as the ghost isn't on the move.  

The ghost is motorized and charges with a USB-C charging cable that is included.  When he's turned on he randomly turns on and drives around the game board, bumping into the different obstacles and players!  

Players make their way to the squares on the game board that feature a camera icon.  When they reach one, they can draw a picture card.  If they took a picture of the ghost, then they are free to start their dash for the exit.  If they missed the ghost then they continue to another square with a camera icon and another attempt at drawing a ghost picture card.  

This game can quickly get loud and silly!  We had a lot of fun playing it the day we received it in the mail and it has been a hit each time we've gotten it out since then! 

I would absolutely recommend both of these games to our friends.  I will be giving them as gifts as well.  The customer service we received was wonderful as well!  I'm looking forward to more fun developments from Luki Labs!
